Tues. June 22-Meet Shiloh in the morning!!!!
Wed. June 23-Adoption Procedures
Thurs. June 24-Sightseeing
Fri. June 25-Get paperwork back/Flight to Guangzhou
Sat. June 26-Shiloh's Medical Exam
Sun. June 27-Free Day
Mon. June 28-Return to Medical Clinic
Tues. June 29-Consulate Appointment
Wed. June 30-Oath and signing paperwork
Thurs. July 1-Recieve Shiloh's Visa
Fri. July 2-Depart for USA!!!

12-11-08: All 13 documents of our Dossier completed and to our Agency for Translation
12-24-08: DTC--Dossier to China
12-29-08: LID--Log in Date with CCAA--Officially Paper Pregnant. The real Wait begins....
05-04-09: Special Needs Medical Checklist submitted 09-02-09: Home Study Update #1-To NICIS
11-18-09-Recieved Shiloh's File and Pictures
11-25-09: LOI (Letter of Intent) Sent to CCAA in China 12-1-09: PA (Pre-Approval) Recieved :)

I hold you in my heart and touch you in my dreams,

But remember child I love you so and God will keep you strong.
Now go outside and feel the breeze and let it touch your skin,

May God hold you in his hands until I can be with you,

Very soon, you will have a family for real, not just pretend,

The Legacy Of An Adopted Child

Once there were two women who never knew each other,
One you do not remember, the other you call mother.
Two different lives shaped to make you one;
One became your guiding star, and one became your sun.
The first one gave you life and the second taught you to live it
The first gave you a need for love, and the other was there to give it.
One gave you a nationality, the other gave you a name,
One gave you a talent, the other gave you aim.
One gave you emotions, the other one calmed your fears,
One saw your first sweet smile, the other dried your tears.
One made an adoption plan, that is all that she could do,
The other prayed for a child and God led her straight to you.
Now which of the two women are you a product of?

Merry Christmas (THIRD DAY)

There’s a little girl trembling on a cold December morn
Crying for Mama’s arms
At an orphanage just outside a little china town
Where the forgotten are
But half a world away I hang the stockings by the fire
And dream about the day when I can finally call you mine
It’s Christmas time again but you’re not home
Your family is here and yet you are somewhere else alone
So tonight I pray that God will come and hold you in his arms
I tell you from my heart I wish you Merry Christmas
As I hang the tinsel on the tree and watch the twinkling lights
I am warmed by the fires glow
Outside the children tumble in a wonderland of white
Make angels in the snow
But half a world away you try your best to fight the tears
And hope that heavens angels come to carry you here
It’s Christmas time again but you’re not home
